My aim is to provide a safe space for your yoga practice, ensuring you feel comfortable enough to embrace the stillness we all need. I will offer you adaptations and modifications, recognizing that our bodies and minds can vary from one day to the next. Yoga is the union of mind, body, and spirit, and learning how to tune into ourselves is fundamental to achieving this union in our yoga teaching.
